The company was incorporated on 5 January, 2006 and has accumulated a portfolio of world class assets since its inception.

This portfolio is divided into the following asset classes

• Gold - held by shares in an ASX listed company
• Oil & Gas
• Iron Ore

The Business Model is to add value to each asset and to package them by way of a ‘spin-off’ into sector specific, well managed companies that have the capital and talent to exploit the assets and possess other assets themselves that offer an upside of increasing value.

As an investment company, AGHL targets public companies that are able to offer equity and liquidity.
